紫金冶炼公司王水分金工艺存在废气产生量大、单位成本高、安全隐患大等问题,因此对更具优势的氯酸钠分金工艺进行了试验研究,以考察其替代王水分金工艺的可行性.通过研究温度、液固比、盐酸用量和氯酸钠用量等因素对氯酸钠分金率的影响,确定其最佳工艺条件为常温(不宜超过80 ℃),液固比4∶1,盐酸用量(mL)为粗金泥中金质量(g)的3~3.5倍,氯酸钠用量为理论用量的2.5~3倍.同时,氯酸钠分金工业应用分金率稳定在99 %以上,进一步验证了其较王水分金的优势.

The aqua regia gold parting process used by Zijin Smelting Company has disadvantages of excessive vent gas,high unit cost and potential safety risks.In light of that,experimental research on the advantageous sodium chlorate gold parting process is conducted to investigate its feasibility to replace aqua regia.After researching the effect of the temperature,liquid-solid ratio,use of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorate on the gold parting rate,the normal temperature(below 80 ℃),liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,hydrochloric acid use(mL)3-3.5 times the value of the gold mass(g) in crude gold mud,2.5-3 times the theoretical use of sodium chlorate are settled as the optimum parameters.At the same time,the gold parting rate of sodium chlorate is steady above 99 %,further showing its advantage over aqua regia.
