青海某尾矿综合回收利用厂2015年试生产成本相对较高,导致停产.通过对尾矿性质、生产指标及成本分析,结合试生产情况,确定尾矿再生产处理方式.分析结果表明:尾矿最佳处理方式为直接处理尾矿库库存尾矿,且尾矿中金品位需达0.67 g/t以上;处理选矿厂浮选尾矿是亏损的;处理混合尾矿理论上是盈利的,但试生产中浸出率较低,不利于综合回收.尾矿回收利用提高了金矿资源的综合回收率,增加了企业的经济效益,降低了尾矿库风险.

The production costs of a comprehensive tailings recycling and utilization plant from Qinghai are relatively high in 2015,leading to a ceased production.Through the analysis of the tailings properties and based on the pilot production,the means for the tailings re-production is decided.The experimental results show that the best method to deal with the tailings is directly treating the tailings in tailings pond,and the gold grade of the tailings should to be more than 0.67 g/t;the treatment of flotation tailings from ore dressing plant is not worth it;the treatment of mixed tailings is theoretically profitable,but in pilot production,it has low leaching rate that hinders comprehensive recovery.The recycling and utilization of tailings increases the comprehensive recovery rate of gold resources,improves economic profits of enterprises and reduces risks of tailings pond.
