采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在定向凝固DZ40M钴基高温合金表面喷涂NiCrAlY金属粘接层,以纳米7YSZ团聚粉末为原料,分别利用大气等离子喷涂技术在粘接层表面制备了纳米结构和垂直裂纹结构7YSZ涂层,研究了高温合金基体和带涂层的基体在900℃下的燃气热腐蚀性能,分析了合金和涂层的燃气热腐蚀产物和过程.结果表明:两种结构热障涂层均大幅度提高了DZ40M合金的抗燃气热腐蚀性能,可避免基体在高温燃气热腐蚀中产生大量易剥离的腐蚀产物和氧化腐蚀孔洞;两种结构涂层在燃气热腐蚀后仍然保持完整并具有相近的燃气热腐蚀速率,垂直裂纹结构涂层中垂直于基体的贯穿裂纹在提高涂层应变容限的同时,并不会成为腐蚀介质快速渗入的通道.
