采用化学气相沉积与等离子喷涂相结合的方法在SiC/SiC复合材料表面制备了Si/Mullite/Er2 SiO5新型环境障涂层,并研究了其在1350℃下的氧化行为.通过SEM、EDS和XRD分析了环境障涂层在氧化过程中的结构成分变化.结果表明:带有Si/Mullite/Er2 SiO5环境障涂层试样氧化增重动力学曲线符合对数规律,前期氧化速率较高,随着氧化时间的增加逐渐趋于稳定,可以在1350℃下工作达400h.涂层失效主要是由于氧元素通过涂层扩散至黏结层与基体,使得黏结层与基体氧化,降低了黏结强度,从而使得涂层发生剥落.氧化试验过程中产生的纵向裂纹成为元素扩散通道,加速了氧化失效.
