选用柔性涤纶针织物为基材,以铁氧体、碳化硅和石墨分别作为底层、中层和表层吸波剂,在基材上进行三层复合涂层整理,制备不同厚度的复合材料.探讨了底层、中层、表层厚度对介电常数实部、虚部和损耗角正切的影响.结果表明:该复合材料在低频段具备良好的介电性能,涂层厚度对介电常数实部、虚部和损耗角正切影响较大;底层铁氧体涂层厚度为0.5mm,中层碳化硅涂层厚度为0.3mm,表层石墨涂层厚度为0.3mm时,铁氧体/碳化硅/石墨三层涂层复合材料的介电常数实部、虚部、损耗角正切最大.
The flexible knitted polyester fabric was used as a base material and a three-layer composite coating was applied to the structure material by using ferrite,silicon carbide,and graphitc absorbing materials,and the composites were prepared with different coating thickness.The influences of the thickness of the bottom layer,the middle layer,and the surface layer coating on permittivity's the real part,the imaginary part and loss tangent were discussed.The results show that the dielectric properties of the composite material are sound at low frequencies.The thickness of the coating has a clear influence on the permittivity's real part,the imaginary part and the loss tangent of the composite material.When the thickness of the bottom coating layer is 0.5mm,the thickness of the middle coating layer is 0.3mm,and the thickness of the surface coating layer is 0.3mm,the permittivity's real part,imaginary part,and loss tangent of the ferrite/silicon carbide/graphite coating composite material reaches the maximum value.
