制备适用于铝合金阳极氧化封闭的溶胶凝胶封闭液,并研究磷酸三乙酯(TEP)对氧化膜层形貌、耐蚀性和漆膜结合力的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察膜层的微观结构,应用电化学和盐雾试验方法研究了TEP浓度对于膜层耐蚀性能的影响;使用划格法测试膜层的漆膜结合力.探讨了TEP对溶胶凝胶封闭液的缓释机理和封闭机理.结果显示封闭液中TEP的最佳浓度为2%(质量分数),封闭后阳极氧化膜层均匀致密,具有优于传统重铬酸盐封闭的耐蚀性.
