以有序 O 相为基的 Ti2 AlNb 基金属间化合物合金在航空领域具有广阔的应用前景。鉴于由 O,B2和α2三相构成的 Ti2 AlNb 基合金力学性能对相构成和组织敏感,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X-射线衍射等分析手段,研究了不同固溶处理温度下 Ti2 AlNb 基合金组织演变的规律。研究结果表明,随着固溶温度升高,O 相向 B2相转变,原始状态中的α2相随固溶温度升高逐渐消失。固溶温度决定了材料中 O,B2和α2三相的含量及最终组织形貌,也决定了材料的性能。
Intermetallic alloys based on an ordered orthorhombic Ti2 AlNb phase are considered as promising materials for aerospace ap-plications.The mechanical properties of the Ti2 AlNb-based intermetallic alloy with three phases of O,B2 and a2 ,are sensitive with the phases and microstructure.In the present work,phase transformation of Ti2 AlNb-based alloy during solution treatment at elevated tem-peratures was investigated by using optical microstructure (OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM),and transmission electron mi-croscope (TEM).The results indicated that the transformation from O to B2 phase occurred and the α2 phase gradually vanishes with increasing the solution treatment temperature.The solution treatment temperature determine the amounts of O,B2 and α2 phase and their final microstructural morphologies,and also determine the properties of the material.
