以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,硫脲为掺杂离子给体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了硫掺杂纳米TiO2粉体,并进行了XRD、BET、TG、UV-vis表征和分析,结果表明:硫脲掺杂出现了锐钛矿型TiO2,随着硫脲添加量的增加,锐钛矿相微晶强度降低,晶粒尺寸、晶胞体积增大,比表面积降低.光催化降解双酚A结果表明,当硫脲与钛酸丁酯物质的量比n(S)/n(Ti)为2时,经500℃热处理的催化剂的光催化活性最佳,当n(S)/n(Ti)为0.1时,样品光催化活性最好.
