研究了3种含铌钢筋在不同均热温度下奥氏体晶粒长大和铌的固溶规律,建立了3种钢筋的奥氏体晶粒长大模型.结果表明:铌能够有效地抑制奥氏体晶粒长大,提高奥氏体的粗化温度.铌含量为0.014%时,奥氏体粗化温度约为1200℃,最佳均热温度约为1170℃.铌含量在0.027%和0.036%时,奥氏体晶粒的粗化温度约为1250℃,最佳均热温度约为1230℃.奥氏体晶界处有少量未溶的碳化铌颗粒,其数量随着加热温度升高逐渐减少.
