以乙二胺与氮混合气体等离子体改性壳聚糖膜表面,并用接触角、扫描电镜、扫描探针显微镜、衰减全反射红外、X射线光电子能谱等手段对膜表面形貌和化学结构进行表征.结果表明:50 W、20 Pa、1∶1等体积的混合气体等离子体作用,改善了膜表面亲水性和平整度,导致膜表面轻度交联,增加了N和O元素在膜表面的占有比率并降低了C元素相对含量;由此,等离子体作用提高了壳聚糖膜在弱酸性(pH=5.0~6.0)的混合溶液中对r-氨基丁酸和醋酸钠的分离能力.
