随着人们对低温等离子体的不断深入了解,低温等离子体技术具有了更广阔的应用前景;利用低温等离子体技术治理大气污染也是目前很有吸引力和发展前景的技术.主要介绍了低温等离子体应用于大气污染治理的研究进展;分别讨论了低温等离子体在处理含氮氧化物工业废气、含硫工业废气、可挥发性有机污染物等方面的应用及其研究进展,并对低温等离子体脱除大气污染技术进行了展望.
