石墨烯是目前唯一存在的二维原子晶体材料,其优异的力学性能、高透光率、良好的导电性、优异的柔韧性以及化学稳定性使其在导电薄膜材料领域具有非常巨大的应用潜力。主要针对石墨烯薄膜的多种制备方法进行分析并对石墨烯薄膜在电子材料中的应用研究进展进行了综述,同时对其发展前景进行了展望。
Graphene is the only existing two-dimensional atomic crystal material,whose excellent mechanical properties,high transparency,good conductivity,excellent chemical stability and flexibility confer great potential ap-plication in the field of conducting films.Focused on a variety of preparation methods of graphene films,the progress of the application to electronic materials are reviewed and the development prospects are discussed.
