随着生物医用材料的发展,载药系统不断更新。继缓释和控释给药系统、经皮给药系统、黏膜给药系统、靶向给药系统、应答式给药系统之后,载药纤维作为一种新型载药系统,通过调控纤维的材料和工艺,不仅可以实现单一给药系统的给药功能,还能够实现复合给药功能,在生物医用材料领域已经显示出巨大的应用潜力。湿法纺丝作为一种成熟的化纤制备工艺,适合聚乳酸、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、蚕丝蛋白等一些生物医用材料的纤维成型,将该技术应用于生物医用材料的制备已成为研究热点。对湿纺丝纤维作为新型载药系统的研究现状进行了介绍,并对湿法纺丝技术在生物医学材料领域中的研究和应用做了展望。

With the development of biomaterials,drug delivery system (DDS)also continued to update.There are several kinds of drug delivery systems,such as sustained and controlled release DDS,transdermal DDS,mucosal DDS,targeted DDS,responsive DDS etc.As a state-of-the-art DDS,drug loaded fibers can not only realize single do-sing system administration function,but also get composite administ-ration function through regulating material com-position or production process,and thus have shown great potential application prospect in the field of biomedical ma-terials.Further more,as a mature preparation process of fiber,the technology of wet spinning is very suitable for the formation of polylactic acid,polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer fiber or silk protein and some kinds of other biolo-gical medical material.Applying wet spinning technology to the production of biomedical materials has become a hot research topic.The research status of wet spinning fiber as a novel drug carrier system,and the research and applica-tion prospect in the field of biomedical materials,are provided.
