ZIF-8作为一种典型的沸石咪唑酯骨架材料,在气体储存、吸附/分离、催化和传感领域内有着广泛的应用。综述了 ZIF-8的合成方法,如溶剂热法、微波合成、室温合成、微流控合成。阐述了各种合成方法的特点;分析了室温合成 ZIF-8的策略;强调了微流控技术在连续、快速和可控制备 ZIF-8方面的潜力。同时也简要综述了 ZIF-8薄膜的制备方法,包括直接合成、二次生长法、表面功能化、特殊播种法以及逆扩散法。

As a typical zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs),ZIF-8 has many important applications in gas storage,absorptions/separations,catalysis and chemical sensors.The synthesis methods of ZIF-8 crystal and nano-crystalline have been summed up and clarified,such as solvothermal synthesis,microwave-assisted synthesis,room temperature synthesis and microfluidic synthesis.The synthetic strategies of ZIF-8 crystal are analyzed.Potential use of microfluidic technology in continuous,fast and controllable synthesis of ZIF-8 crystalline with narrow particle size distribution are discussed and highlighted.And the fabrication of ZIF-8 membranes are also summarized including di-rect synthesis,secondary growth,surface functionalization and special seeding,contra-diffusion (counter-diffusion) synthesis.
