二氧化钒(VO2)具有优异的半导体-金属相变特性,具有良好的应用前景。由于二氧化钒纳米粉体的表面效应,它们常易团聚,使得它在应用中受到很大的局限性,这就需要对纳米二氧化钒粉体进行表面改性。综述了对纳米二氧化钒粉体进行改性处理的方法,介绍了二氧化钒的应用研究新进展,并展望了二氧化钒涂层在智能窗方面的应用中遇到的问题和应用新方向。

Vanadium dioxide (VO2 )is one of the metal-semiconductor phase transition,materials with good prospects.Therefore,vanadium dioxide has good application prospect.Due to surface effects of vanadium dioxide nanopowders,which often easy reunion and makes it subject to significant limitations in the application,it requires surface modification of nanopowders of vanadium dioxide.Modified approach of vanadium dioxide nanopowders and the application new progress of vanadium dioxide are described.Finally,the problem of VO2 coating in the applica-tions of smart windows and a new direction in application are prospected.
