量子点敏化太阳电池作为新型的第三代太阳电池,具有成本低廉,制作工艺简单,理论转化效率高(~44%)等优点,是新能源领域关注的热点.介绍了量子点敏化太阳电池的发展背景和工作机理,综述了量子点敏化太阳电池的国内外研究现状和发展趋势.最后,指出了该类型电池的研究对策,并对该类型电池的前景予以展望.
