在正丁基锂催化下,通过亲核取代反应将2,2'-联吡啶键连在氯球(PS-Cl,氯甲基化交联聚苯乙烯微球)表面,进而络合CuCl得到负载型催化剂PS-bpy/CuCl.将该负载型催化剂用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)或苯乙烯(Sty)等单体的原子转移自由基聚合反应(ATRP),并对聚合反应动力学规律进行了考察.实验结果表明,负载型催化剂PS-bpy/CuCl参与的聚合反应满足一级动力学反应规律,属活性/可控聚合,产物的分子量分布较窄(1.20),产物中铜的含量为0.094mg/g.负载型催化剂PS-bpy/CuCl可以通过简单过滤进行分离回收,活化后仍具有良好的活性,可重复应用.
