从石灰石资源高效利用、高镁水泥补偿混凝土收缩方面阐述了高镁熟料生产的意义。针对高镁熟料中内含MgO,从方镁石膨胀影响因素、生料组成和煅烧制度对方镁石含量的影响,以及MgO对水泥熟料矿物相含量和强度的影响等方面,详细讨论了近年来国内外研究进展,对存在的有关问题进行了讨论,并提出了进一步研究建议。
The significance of high magnesium clinker production is discussed from the viewpoint of efficient utilization of limestone resources and advantage of compensation effect of high magnesium cement for concrete shrin-kage.Recent development on factors influencing periclase expansion,effects of raw material composition and burning condition on the content of periclase,and mineral content and strength development of high MgO clinker are reviewed. The existing problems are discussed,and the further research aspects are proposed.
