由于独特的纳米尺寸、空间立体结构和易于化学改性的特性,多面齐聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)得到了极大关注。同时,具有有机和无机材料的特性使POSS复合材料得到了快速的发展,特别是在生物医学、催化剂、光学材料和介电材料等领域。主要总结了POSS单体的合成手段和在改性复合物材料中的应用,并指出POSS及其改性复合材料的发展趋势。

Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)has obtained great attention,due to its unique size of nanometer,three-dimensional structure and rich chemical modification.As a representative of the organic/inorganic composite materials,composite materials of POSS have achieved rapid development,especially in the fields of biomedi-cine,catalysts,optical materials and dielectric materials.The synthesis of POSS and the applications of its modified composite materials are summarized,and the development trends of POSS are pointed out.
