以苎麻纤维织物为生物模板,通过浸渍含有硅粉的酚醛树脂溶液,后经压制成型、碳化和1500℃烧结等工艺,制备了具有生物纤维形态的 SiC 陶瓷。利用 XRD、SEM 等测试技术,研究了不同烧结助剂对样品的各项性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:烧结助剂对苎麻纤维织物 SiC 陶瓷的失重率、显气孔率、体积收缩率等性能均产生了影响;添加 Al2 O3-Y2 O3-SiO2三元烧结助剂的 SiC 陶瓷具有最大的显气孔率和最小的体积收缩率;陶瓷中的 SiC主要以β-SiC 的形式存在;微观形貌分析显示,样品很好地保留了苎麻织物的纤维状微观结构。
Using ramie fabric as biological template,SiC ceramics with biological fiber morphology was pre-pared.The sintering temepture was set at 1 500 ℃,and some different sintering additives were added.XRD and SEM were applied to study the effects of sintering additives on sample properties and micromorphology.Results showed that the sintering additives had a significant effect on weight loss rate,apparent porosity,volume shrinkage rate.The largest porosity and the smallest volume shrinkage rate could be obtained when adding Al2 O3 ,Y2 O3 and SiO2 to the SiC ceramics.The main form of SiC in the ceramics wasβ-SiC.Morphology analysis confirmed that the fibrous micro-structure of ramie fabric samples was well preserved.
