将钢渣压制成一定形状的试块,分别在60℃、90℃及120℃下采用 CO2对试块进行了碳化处理。对碳化后试块的质量、体积、抗压强度的变化进行了测试。采用 X 射线能谱仪(XRD)、热重-差热分析仪(TG-DSC)分析了碳化过程中的物相变化。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了碳化后产物的微观形貌。研究结果表明,在60℃、90℃、120℃碳化温度下碳化7 d 后,试块的质量分别增加15.30%、17.48%、23.84%;试块的体积分别增加5.9%、6.5%、11.44%;试块的抗压强度分别达到32.87 MPa、39.62 MPa、42.38 MPa。钢渣碳化后产物主要为 CaCO3。从碳化后试块的力学强度和节能两方面综合考虑,碳化的最佳温度为90℃。

Steel slag was pressed into pellets with a certain shape,and then they were carbonized using CO2 at temperature 60 ℃,90 ℃ and 120 ℃ respectively.Change of mass,volume and mechanical strength after carboniza-tion were tested.Structural changes of steel slag during carbonization were characterized with XRD and TG-DSC. Morphologies of the carbonized steel slag were characterized with SEM.The results indicated that after carbonized at 60 ℃,90 ℃ and 120 ℃ for 7 days,the mass of steel slag increased by 1 5.30%,1 7.48% and 23.84%;the volume of steel slag increased by 5.9%,6.5% and 1 1.44%;and the mechanical strength of steel slag increased to 32.87 MPa, 39.62 MPa and 42.38 MPa,respectively.The main phase of carbonized steel slag was CaCO3 .Considering mechani-cal strength and energy saving,the optimum carbonization temperature for steel slag was 90 ℃.
