以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸十八酯(SA)作为单体合成丙烯酸酯乳液.通过改变乳化剂种类及SA用量,考察其对乳液聚合稳定性、共聚物的光泽度及拉伸性能、共聚物结晶行为的影响.结果表明:以A/FC-4430作为复合乳化剂所制备的乳液性能较好.随着SA用量的增加,共聚物膜的光泽度下降,而其拉伸强度先减小后增大.DSC分析发现,当SA的摩尔分数大于3%后,较多的SA侧链之间更易发生结晶行为,共聚物的结晶度升高.

With methyl methacrylate (MMA),butyl acrylate (BA)and stearyl acrylate (SA)as the main mo-nomer,an acrylate emulsion was synthesized.The influence of types of emulsifier and SA content on emulsion poly-merization stabilities,the glossiness of copolymers and the tensile strength of copolymers were studied.The crystalli-zation behavior of copolymers were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results indicated that A/FC-4430 was the better emulsifiers for synthesis.With the increase of the amount of SA,the copolymers begin to crystallize,resulting in a decline of the glossiness of emulsion films,while the tensile strength decreases at first and then increases.When the mole fraction of SA is more than 3%,the side-chain is more likely to be crystallized,and the crystallinity of the copolymer increases.
