各通用合成橡胶的综合性能欠佳,而苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯三元共聚集成橡胶 SIBR 是一种高性能绿色橡胶,综合性能优异。首先介绍了 SIBR 的聚合机理及结构;随后,详细总结了乳液聚合集成橡胶 ESIBR 的制备技术,并简要讨论了 ESIBR 的应用技术;最后,展望了 ESIBR 制备和应用技术的未来发展,预计 ESIBR 可能是未来中国高性能橡胶工业化生产的突破点。
The comprehensive performance of each general-purpose rubber is not good enough to meet market demands.However,styrene-isoprene-butadiene copolymers integral rubber (SIBR)is a kind of high-performance green rubber with excellent integrated performance,whose polymerization mechanisms and structures are introduced primarily in this article.Furthermore,preparation technologies and performances of emulsion polymerized SIBR (ESI-BR)are discussed in detail respectively,and the application technologies are also roughly summarized.At last,the fu-ture developments of ESIBR preparation and application technologies are prospected,which are supposed to be a breakthrough for high-performance rubber industrial production in China.
