以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法合成了[(Y1-xGdx)1-yCey]3 Al5O12高亮黄色荧光粉(x=0~0.5,v=0.003~0.02),通过XRD、SEM、BET比表面积和PL-PLE等方法对该荧光粉的物相及性能进行了表征.结果表明,在1200℃下煅烧4h即可得到纯石榴石相的(Y,Gd)AG∶Ce3+.煅烧所得的[(Y1-xGdx)1-yCey]3Al5O12荧光粉分散性和均一性良好,在468 nm激发下于535 nm处呈现最强黄光发射.Ce3+的猝灭浓度为1%(原子分数),猝灭机制为Ce3+-Ce3+间的能量互递作用.同时发现,在(Y1-xCex)AG中(x=0.003~0.02),最强发射峰随Ce3+含量的增加而红移,同样在[(Y1-xGdx)0.99Ce0.01]AG体系中(x=0~0.5),发射峰位随Gd3+浓度增大也发生红移现象,归因于Ce3+5d能级重心位置和晶体场劈裂的共同影响.
