采用尿素溶液对生物医用镍钛合金进行水热法表面改性,随后进行热处理.SEM、XRD和XPS分析表明,105℃、120℃水热处理24 h和150℃处理8h后形成了钛酸铵的纳米片薄膜,150℃水热处理16h、24 h后形成了由纳米颗粒和颗粒状沉积物组成的锐钛矿二氧化钛薄膜;随后的热处理使铵盐分解和二氧化钛结晶.在0.9%NaCl溶液中的动电位极化实验表明,水热处理试样的耐蚀性比抛光试样更好.刚制备的试样亲水性很好,但在空气中放置时,水的接触角升高,而3h紫外光照处理后接触角可降低到10°以下.拉伸实验表明,在150℃水热处理16 h、24 h和热处理制备的镍钛基体上的二氧化钛薄膜具有较好的附着性.
