设计并制备了工作于厘米波(3~30GHz)和毫米波(30~300GHz)的“三明治”式圆环套十字结构的双频吸波器,基于CST 2015全波有限积分法仿真并分析了胞元的结构尺寸和材料参数对吸波器性能的影响.采用在双面溅射铜的环氧树脂板上激光烧蚀的工艺制备出谐振点在17.595 GHz、36.9 GHz的双频吸波器,制备出的吸波器厚度为谐振波长的1/85和1/41,峰值吸波率为99.764%,半波峰宽为0.616GHz和0.878 GHz.该吸波器具有偏振不敏感和超薄特性的同时兼具入射角选择性,制备的样片测试结果很好地证实其优异的吸波性能.该吸波器设计灵活、性价比高、吸波性能好,拓展了军事领域雷达波屏蔽的思路.
