刚性陶瓷隔热瓦涂层是隔热结构热防护系统的重要组成部分,涂层的基本要求是要与隔热瓦相匹配,提供必要的防水、抗冲击、抗热震性能。作为高温热防护系统的关键材料,涂层的耐高温性能尤其重要。辐射性和催化性能是涂层的两个重要表面性质,对涂层的耐高温性能有重要影响。综述了刚性陶瓷隔热瓦涂层的发展以及我国的研究现状,未来的涂层应具有高辐射和低催化的表面性能,以耐受更为复杂苛刻的使用环境。

The coating on rigid ceramic insulation is an important component in thermal protection system (TPS).It should be compatible with the substrate,and provide water impervious property,resistance to impact and thermal shock.As an insulating materials for high temperature TPS,the coating must have excellent thermal resis-tance as well.In addition,emissivity and catalytic efficiency are two critical surface properties,which influence the high temperature performance of the coating.Worldwide development and the domestic research status of the coating are reviewed.In the future,the coating should have high emissivity and low catalytic efficiency,so as to survive in the harsh environment.
