多糖类可吸收材料因来源丰富、生物相容性好、在人体内易被降解吸收而引起了人们的广泛关注，但国内外缺乏相关评价标准，其安全性评价存在较大难度，因而对多糖类可吸收材料降解产物的分析是不可或缺的。对多糖类可吸收材料及其降解产物进行了介绍，重点综述了多糖材料降解产物的体内外分析方法，并对当前存在的问题进行了展望，旨在为多糖类可吸收材料降解产物的分析提供一定的思路。
Absorbable polysaccharide materials have attracted more and more attentions in recent years due to their unique advantages such as abundant sources,good biocompatibility,and easy for human body to degrade and ab-sorb.However,safety evaluation and risk assessment of these materials become serious problems while the interna-tional standard evaluation system has not been completely established.Hence,analysis of degradation products of ab-sorbable polysaccharide materials is indispensable.In order to provide new ideas for analysis of degradation products of absorbable polysaccharide materials,this article summarizes absorbable polysaccharide materials and their degradation products,emphatically reviews the analysis methods in vitro and in vivo.The current problems and the development prospects in this field are discussed at the same time.
