通过简单超声法制备了球状 NiO 纳米颗粒、NiO/石墨薄片(NiO/GNS)和 NiO/GNS/Ag 纳米复合材料。在 NiO/GNS和 NiO/GNS/Ag复合材料中,GNS作为 NiO和 Ag纳米颗粒分散的模板,不仅有效避免了 NiO 和Ag纳米颗粒的团聚,还改善了复合材料的电化学性能。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和 X射线衍射对样品的成分、形貌和结构进行了表征。NiO/GNS/Ag 复合材料(GNS质量分数为0.5%,Ag质量分数为3%)电极表现出优异的电化学性能。在1 A/g时,其初始比电容为501.66 F/g,2000次循环后其比电容衰减为440.45 F/g。这表明所制备的复合材料是一种有应用价值的超级电容器电极材料。

NiO spherical nanoparticles,NiO/graphite nanosheets (NiO/GNS)and NiO/GNS/Ag composites were synthesized by a facile ultrasonic process.In NiO/GNS and NiO/GNS/Ag composites,GNS acts as flexible tem-plate to disperse NiO and Ag nanoparticles,which can not only prevent the aggregation of NiO and Ag nanoparticles, but also improve the electrochemical properties of the composites.The composition,morphology and microstructure of the as-prepared samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission elec-tron microscopy (TEM)and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results showed that NiO/GNS/Ag composite electrode (GNS and Ag contents are 0.5 wt% and 3 wt% in NiO/GNS/Ag composites,respectively)exhibits excellent electro-chemical performance.At 1 A/g current density,the initial specific capacitance of NiO/GNS/Ag composite was 501.66 F/g.After 2000 cycles,the capacitance was reduced to 440.45 F/g.Thus,the as-prepared composite has practical application in supercapacitors.
