利用缓冷高钛高炉渣和废玻璃为主要原料,通过发泡和析晶同时进行的“一步法”在980℃烧结制备泡沫微晶玻璃。研究了CaCO3对制备泡沫微晶玻璃的影响。结果表明,CaCO3对发泡和析晶过程都有影响。在不同的CaCO3添加量(1%~5%,质量分数)下,泡沫微晶玻璃的主要晶相类型无明显差异,都以透辉石 Ca(Mg,Al)(Si, Al)2 O6和普通辉石Ca(Mg,Fe,Al)(Si,Al)2 O6为主晶相,以硅辉石 CaSiO3为次晶相;CaCO3添加量由1%增至3%时晶相含量明显增加,而在3%~5%范围内晶相含量增加不大。随着CaCO3含量增加,泡沫微晶玻璃晶体由不规则颗粒状变成针状和短柱状,泡孔孔径减小,气孔率和吸水率减小,体积密度和抗压强度增大,其中当 CaCO3含量为3%时泡沫微晶玻璃的综合性能最佳。

Slow cooled titania-bearing blast furnace slag and glass cullet were used to prepare foam glass-cera-mics at 980 ℃ by one step sintering method,in which the foaming process was synchronized with the crystallization process.The results showed that foaming and crystallization behaviors were affected by CaCO3 significantly.The crystal phase types of foam glass-ceramics,including Ca(Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2 O6 ,Ca(Mg,Fe,Al)(Si,Al)2 O6 and a small amount of CaSiO3 ,had little change with the increase of CaCO3 (1wt%-5wt%).However,with the increase of Ca-CO3 from 1% to 3%,the crystal phase content increased,while a further increase of CaCO3 (3%-5%)did not induce any obvious change.With the increase of CaCO3 ,the shape of crystals change from particulate into needle and short column,the diameter of the bubble decreased,which results in the decrease of porosity,water absorption,and the in-crease of bulk density and compressive strength.In conclusion,the foam glass-ceramics with 3% CaCO3 exhibited the excellent comprehensive properties.
