研究了 Al/Mg/Al三明治结构复合板的退火热处理工艺,探讨了退火温度、时间对复合界面和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:退火使得 Mg层中的孪晶及变形组织消失,晶粒明显长大,且可以促进 Al-Mg界面原子的相互扩散。随着退火温度的升高,界面效应对复合板的阻尼性能影响由不利转变为有利,在250℃下随着退火时间的延长,复合板的阻尼性能有一定的提高。综合复合板的组织与性能要求,得到 Al/Mg/Al复合板的最佳退火工艺为250℃×2 h,在应变振幅为5×10-4下复合板的阻尼值Q-1达0.045。
The influences of annealing temperature and time on compound interface and damping capacity of the Al/Mg/Al sandwich composite sheet were investigated in this paper.The results show that twin and deformation mi-crostructure in Mg layer disappeared with the growth of recrystallized grain,and the atoms of Al-Mg interface mutual-ly diffused after annealing treatment.The impacts of interface effect on the damping capacities changes from bad to good with rising annealing temperature.Damping capacities of sheet have a certain improvement with the extension of annealing time at 250 ℃.Furthermore,the optimal annealing technology of the Al/Mg/Al sheet is at 250 ℃ for 2 hours to achieve excellent microstructure and properties,which exhibits high damping capacity of 0.045 at strain am-plitude of 5×10-4 .
