采用高温固相法制备了Na3Gd2 (BO3)3∶Tb3+,Eu3+荧光粉,并对样品的物相组成、微观形貌、发光性能和能量传递进行了分析.结果表明,Na3Gd2-x(BO3)3∶xTb3+荧光粉在紫外和近紫外区域有较强的激发峰,在368 nm波长激发下,发射光呈绿色,Tb3+最佳掺杂量为x=0.04.随着在Na3Gd1.96(BO3)3∶0.04Tb3+中掺入Eu3+,Tb3+对Eu3+产生了以电偶极-电偶极相互作用为主的能量传递,且传递效率随Eu3+掺杂量的增加而逐渐增大.发射光谱中Tb3+的发射峰强度逐渐减弱,而Eu3+的发射峰强度逐渐增强,导致Na3Gd1.96y(BO3)3∶0.04Tb3+,yEu3+荧光粉发光颜色由绿色向橙色变化.

Na3Gd2-x-y(BO3)3 ∶ xTb3+,yEu3+ phosphors were prepared by a high-temperature solid state reaction method.The phase composition,morphology,luminescence properties and energy transition of the phosphors were analyzed.The results show that the Na3Gd2-x (BO3)3 ∶ xTb3+ phosphors can be efficiently stimulated by UV and near-UV light.Under 368 nm excitation,the best doping amount of Tb3+ is x=0.04 and the emission light is green.With the doping of Eu3+ in Na3Gd1.96 (BO3)3 ∶ 0.04Tb3+,Tb3+ acts as an efficient sensitizer,which could enhance the emission intensity of Eu3+ by transferring absorbed excitation energy through dipole-dipole interaction mechanism.The energy transfer efficiency increases with the increase of the Eu3+.The emission intensity of Eu3+ increases and the emission intensity of Tb3+ decreases,leading to the multi-color emission tunability of Na3 Gd1.96-y-(BO3)2∶0.04Tb3+,yEu3+ phosphors,and the emission color varies from green to orange.
