热熔预浸工艺是近年来制备预浸料的一种新型成型工艺.热熔预浸工艺具有环保、低成本等优势,使其有望成为未来高性能复合材料成型的主要工艺.先进树脂基复合材料使用的热固性基体树脂由于存在脆性大、树脂和纤维浸润性较差等不足,很大程度上限制了热固性树脂在热熔预浸工艺中的应用.因此,研制适用于热熔预浸工艺的热固性树脂,是高性能树脂基复合材料的热点之一.综述了近年来环氧树脂、氰酸树脂、苯并噁嗪、双马来酰亚胺、酚醛树脂等几种主要的热熔预浸工艺用热固性树脂的研究概况.

Hot melt prepreg technology is a low-cost and environmentally benign process that is compatible with on-line continuous production.The advantages of hot-melt prepreg technology make it an ideal candidate for the future high-performance composites molding process.Owing to the inherent brittleness of thermosetting resins, the wide application of thermosetting resin in the hot melt prepreg technology is limited.Therefore, in order to meet the demand of high performance composite, research on thermosetting resins in hot melt prepreg technology is pivotal.In the paper, thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, isocyanate resin, phenolic resin which has been intensively researched in hot melt prepreg technology are reviewed.
