针对碳酸饮料对牙釉质的软化及脱矿,选用氟基硅酸钙(F-CaSiO3)生物活性材料进行修复.以可乐、苹果醋、冰红茶3种常规饮料对正常的牙釉质进行浸泡处理后,在模拟人工唾液的环境中浸泡30 min,测试其硬度值的恢复状况.对酸蚀较严重,口腔唾液难以自修复的牙釉质,使用F-CaSiO3进行修复,通过显微硬度仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线能谱(EDS)进行测试分析.结果表明,碳酸饮料在不同时间内均对牙釉质有一定的损害,随时间的延长,饮料对牙齿的脱矿越显著,其中可口可乐表现为最严重,浸泡30 min后钙磷摩尔比降到1.32.在模拟口腔唾液中浸泡30 min后,硬度值有一定的提高;酸蚀严重的可口可乐样品,通过模拟刷牙的形式使用F-CaSiO3进行修复,在口腔唾液环境中仿生矿化3d后,表面形成一层矿化层,成分和牙釉质基体接近,钙磷比恢复到1.58,接近于牙釉质,且表面硬度值优于酸蚀的牙釉质,补充了矿物质的流失.F-CaSiO3生物活性材料,可作为一种修复牙齿脱矿的试剂,保护牙齿及预防龋齿发生.
