为改善异型绞线紧压模耐磨损性能,提高异型线缆质量,采用热丝化学气相沉积方法,在孔型经优化设计的扇形孔绞线紧压模内孔沉积了厚度均匀、附着性能优异、相对易于抛光且具有很好的耐磨损性能的硼掺杂微米-本征微米-本征细晶粒复合金刚石薄膜,采用机械自动线抛光、磨料流抛光及手工机械抛光相结合的抛光工艺对内孔工作表面进行抛光,使其整体表面粗糙度Ra值达到50 nm以下,在铜材质扇形分裂导体绞线紧压实际生产应用试验表明,可以替代低效的传统滚轮挤压工艺;采用传统工艺制造的异型电缆表面粗糙度Ra值约为1.027 μm,应用金刚石薄膜涂层扇形孔绞线紧压模可以将其表面粗糙度降低到0.473 μm,且在截面积更小、质量更轻的情况下获得更小的电阻.
