梯度孔隙率材料指的是一种孔隙率沿着某个方向按梯度规律变化的材料,兼具梯度材料和多孔材料两者的优点,是一种极具应用潜力的吸声材料。采用分层加成制造的原理,在三坐标数控装置上安装一个热塑性材料挤出喷头,以一定的速度挤出熔融态的热塑性材料细丝,并在数控装置的带动下逐点和逐层堆积材料,最终成形出梯度孔隙率材料。成形试验证明了这种方法是可行的。对所得到的梯度孔隙率材料进行了抗弯和吸声性能的测试,结果表明梯度孔隙率材料具有比刚度高和吸声效果好的优点。另外,这种方法还可用于成形具有更复杂内部结构的材料。

A digital formation method has been proposed based on the principle of layered additive manufacturing. An extrusion head was installed on a 3D numerical control platform, which could extrude thin melting thermoplastic filament. By accumulating material layer by layer carried by the numerical platform, gradient?porosity material part can be formed. Formation experiments have demonstrated that the method is applicable. The anti?bending and sound?absorption performances of the formed samples have been measured, and the results show that the gradient?porosity material has high specific stiffness and good sound?absorption performance. In addition, the method can be used to form material with more complex inner structure.
