结合65 Mn钢连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,采用硬度计、光学显微镜及拉伸试验机研究了终轧温度、终轧至卷取的冷却速率及卷取后的冷却速率对热轧65 Mn 钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在冷却速率相同的情况下,随着终轧温度的升高,65 Mn 钢的晶粒尺寸增大,强度和硬度降低;在终轧温度及卷取后冷却速率相同的情况下,加快终轧至卷取区间的冷却速率,可以细化65 Mn钢组织,提高其强度和硬度;在终轧温度和终轧至卷取区间冷却速率相同的情况下,降低卷取后冷却速率,促进了65 Mn钢珠光体晶粒的长大,降低了其强度和硬度。

The effects of final rolling temperature and cooling process after final rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 65Mn hot rolled narrow strip were investigated by means of hardness test,optical microscopy and tensile test combined with continuous cooling transformation (CCT)curve of 65Mn steel.The results show that with the final rolling temperature rising,the grain size of 65Mn steel increased and the tensile strength and hardness reduced at the same cooling rate;with the increase of the cooling rate between final rolling and coiling,the grain size of 65Mn steel was refined and thus the tensile strength and hardness were improved at the same final rolling temperature and cooling rate after coiling;with the reduction of the cooling rate after coiling,the grain size of 65Mn steel was enlarged and thus the tensile strength and hardness were decreased at the same final rolling temperature and cooling rate between final rolling and coiling.
