以氨水和 KCl 的混合溶液为电解液,利用液相等离子体电解渗氮工艺在180,200,220,240 V 电压下于38CrMoAl 钢表面制备了渗氮层,研究了渗氮电压对渗氮层组织与耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:随着渗氮电压升高,渗氮层中白亮层和扩散层的厚度不断增加,当渗氮电压为240 V 时,白亮层和扩散层的厚度最大,分别为42.9μm 和84.9μm;渗氮层表面均呈“火山凸起”微区形貌,随着渗氮电压增大,“火山凸起”微区的落差逐渐增大,孔洞分布均匀性逐渐降低,孔径逐渐增大,渗氮层的峰值硬度先增大后趋于稳定;在200,220,240 V 电压下制备渗氮层的耐腐蚀性能优于基体的;当渗氮电压为220 V 时,渗氮层的耐腐蚀性能最好.

The liquid plasma electrolytic nitriding technology was used to prepare nitriding layer on 38CrMoAl steel surface with voltage of 180,200,220,240 V in an aqueous solution containing ammonia and KCl. The effects of nitriding voltage on microstructure and corrosion resistance of nitrided layer were studied.The results show that with the increase of nitriding voltage,the thickness of white layer and diffusion layer increased,when the voltage was 240 V,the thickness reached the maximum,which were 42.9 μm and 84.9 μm,respectively.The"bulge volcano" micro-area gap increased gradually with the increase of the voltage,the hole distribution evenness decreased and pore size increased,the peak hardness increased at first and then tended to be stable.The corrosion resistance of nitrided layer samples prepared at 200,220 V and 240 V was higher than that of substrate sample.The corrosion resistance of sample was the best when the nitriding voltage was 220 V.
