对 TA5-A 钛合金板采用不同的二次轧制工艺进行热轧,然后再进行退火热处理,主要研究了二次轧制参数和退火热处理对热轧板材力学性能的影响。结果表明:在加热制度相同的条件下,因钛合金板材边部降温快,塑性差,故而轧制变形率较大且终轧温度低的板材边部出现了较多裂纹;较大的轧制变形率有利于提高热处理后钛合金的强度、塑性和韧性,终轧温度控制在800℃左右比较合适;随着退火温度升高,钛合金板材的伸长率和断面收缩率均升高,而强度及冲击韧性则均下降。

Different second hot-rolling progresses was carried out on TA5-5 titanium alloy plate,and followed by annealing heat treatment.The effects of rolling deformation rate and annealing heat treatment on mechanical properties of the alloy hot-rolled plate were studied.The results show that under the same heat treatments conditions,more cracks were found at the edge of the plate with larger rolling deformation rate and lower finishing temperature because of poor plasiticity caused by big temperature drop.Larger rolling deformation rate was good for plasticity and toughness of the titanium alloy after heat treatment,the finishing temperature of 800 ℃ was more appropriate.With the increase of annealing temperature,elongation and reduction of area of the plate raised, however strength and impact toughness decreased.
