采用拉伸试验、金相分析、热力学模拟计算和蠕变试验等方法对某热电厂20G 钢锅炉水冷壁管产生鼓包的原因进行分析。结果表明:管内壁结垢引起水冷壁管超温是产生鼓包的原因;对垢层厚度与管壁温度的关系进行热力学计算,并结合金相分析确定产生鼓包的超温温度在650~723℃之间。

By means of tensile testing,metallographic analysis,thermodynamic simulation calculation and creep testing,the cause of bulge on 20G steel boiler water wall tube in a power plant was analyzed.The results show that inner wall scaling leading to overtemperature was the reason of bulge.Thermodynamic calculation between scale layer thickness and tube wall temperature was carried out,and then confirmed the overtemperature was between 650 ℃ and 723 ℃ by combining with metallographic analysis.
