采用挂片浸泡试验和电化学试验研究了 P110钢和 TP110SS 钢在分别含有饱和 H2 S、CO2以及 H2 S+CO2气体 NaCl 溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:两种试验钢在含饱和 H2 S 的 NaCl 溶液中的腐蚀最为严重,腐蚀产物主要为易脱落的铁硫化合物,其对金属基体的保护作用较弱;在含饱和CO2的 NaCl 饱和溶液中的腐蚀速率最低,试验钢表面呈典型的“台地”和“癣状”腐蚀形貌,腐蚀产物主要为碳酸亚铁;在含饱和 H2 S+CO2的 NaCl 溶液中的腐蚀速率介于前两者之间,主要以 H2 S 腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物疏松、不致密,试验钢表面的局部腐蚀形貌显著;试验钢在含3种饱和气体 NaCl 溶液中的腐蚀反应均属于典型的阳极溶解型。

The corrosion behavior of P1 10 and TP1 10SS steels in NaCl solution containing saturated H 2 S gas, CO 2 gas and H 2 S + CO 2 gas by hanging slice immersion test and electrochemical test.The results show that corrosion of the steels in NaCl solution containing saturated H 2 S gas was the best serious,the corrosion product was deciduous iron-sulfur complex,it only provided weaker protection for the metal substrate.The corrosion rate of the steels in NaCl solution containing saturated CO 2 gas was lowest, the surface of the steels exhibited typical“platform”and “tinea”corrosion images and the corrosion product mainly was FeCO 3 .The corrosion rate of the steels in NaCl solution containing saturated H 2 S and CO 2 was between the two former,H 2 S corrosion was mainly and the corrosion product was loosen,the surface of the steels showed significant local corrosion.The corrosion of the tested steel in three kinds of saturated solutions was typical anodic dissolution type.
