通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、断口分析、金相检验等方法对某起重机钢丝绳断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢丝绳为韧性断裂,在使用过程中钢丝绳承受剧烈的挤压和摩擦,导致钢丝损伤,同时产生高温引起相变硬化,部分受损钢丝横截面积减小,承载能力降低,继而发生断裂,最终导致钢丝绳整体过载断裂。

The fracture failure of the crane wire rope was analyzed by the methods of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and so on.The results show that the fracture of the wire rope was ductile.The wire rope sustained a serious extrusion and friction during use,leading to the wire damage and transformation hardening by the produced high temperature.The damage and transformation hardening caused the decrease of cross sectional area and reduced the bearing power of the wire,resulting in the wire broken and the wire rope overload fracture.
