对高强高模玻璃纤维和E型玻璃纤维单向增强树脂基复合材料进行了拉伸与拉-拉疲劳性能试验,研究了其拉伸性能及不同加载应力下的疲劳行为。结果表明:高强高模玻璃纤维增强复合材料的平均抗拉强度比E型玻璃纤维增强的提高了4%,两种复合材料的拉伸应力和应变均在累积变形阶段呈线性关系,在断裂阶段呈波动形非线性关系;两种玻璃纤维增强复合材料的疲劳寿命均随着应力的增加而减小,在不同应力下,高强高模玻璃纤维增强复合材料疲劳寿命测试值的分散性均很小,而E型玻璃纤维增强的分散性相对较大;与高强高模玻璃纤维增强的相比,E 型玻璃纤维增强复合材料的疲劳寿命随应力的变化较大,其抗疲劳破坏能力较弱。

The tensile and tension-tension fatigue property tests were carried out on the high-strength high-modulus glass fiber and E-type glass fiber unidirectional reinforced resin matrix composites.The tensile properties and the fatigue behavior under different loading stresses were studied.The results show that the average tensile strength of the high-strength high-modulus glass fiber reinforced composite was improved by 4% comparing to that of the E-type glass fiber reinforced.The tensile stress and strain of the two composites showed a linear relationship during the accumulative deformation stage and a fluctuating nonlinear relationship during the fracture stage.The fatigue lives of the two glass fiber reinforced composites both decreased with the increase of the stress.Under the different stresses,the dispersibility of the measured fatigue lives of the high-strength high-modulus glass fiber reinforced composite was relatively small while that of the E-type glass fiber reinforced composite was relatively large.The fatigue life of the E-type glass fiber reinforced composite had a relatively great change with the stress and a relatively weak anti-fatigue damage ability comparing to that of the composite reinforced with the high-strength high-modulus glass fiber.
