对深冷处理前后的0Cr17Mn17Mo3NiN奥氏体不锈钢分别进行了低温和常温冲击试验,研究了其冲击性能和断口形貌,分析了冲击断口附近的物相组成和显微组织.结果表明:试验钢的冲击功随着冲击试验温度的降低而减小,断裂方式由韧性断裂逐渐变为脆性断裂,韧脆转变温度约为-122 ℃;深冷处理能显著提高试验钢在20 ℃的冲击功,但深冷处理次数和保温时间对冲击韧性的影响不大;试验钢的低温组织稳定性好,低温冲击与深冷处理后均未发生马氏体相变或氮化物析出.

Low-temperature and room temperature impact tests were conducted on 0Cr17Mn17Mo3NiN austenitic stainless steel before and after cryogenic treatment, respectively.The impact property and fracture morphology of the steel were studied and the phase composition and microstructure near the impact fracture were also analyzed.The results show that the impact energy of the tested steel decreased with the fall of impact test temperature, and the fracture mode changed from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.The ductile-brittle transition temperature was about-122 ℃.The impact energy at 20 ℃ of the tested steel was improved significantly by the cryogenic treatment, but the cryogenic times and holding time had little influence on the impact toughness.The low-temperature microstructural stability of the tested steel was good.No martensitic transformation and precipitation of nitride were observed after both low-temperature impact and cryogenic treatment.
