在回顾总结国内外开展洁净钢水生产技术发展过程的基础上,对复吹转炉低成本、高效化生产洁净钢水工艺的技术原理及相关必要性进行了分析,包括复吹转炉低温脱磷、顶吹与底吹的协同作用、新工艺的连续化实施、脱碳期高效供氧、脱磷炉渣资源化技术途径等。认为要获得好的工艺实施效果,不仅要全面客观地掌握新工艺实施的技术要点,更要具备一定的技术与精细化管理基础。结合新工艺在生产实践中出现的具体问题,提出了改进建议。

Based on review of development about the processes of clean steel production at home and abroad, the techni-cal principles and their necessities of low-cost and high-efficient clean steel production by combined blowing converter were analyzed, including low-temperature dephosphorization by combined blowing converter, the coordination of top and bottom blowing, the continuous implementation of the new process, the high-efficient oxygen blowing in decarburization period, and the reutilization method of slag been rich in P2O5, and so on. In order to obtain good implementation effect of the new process, the comprehensive and objective technical key points of the new process must be known well, and also the solid foundation of technical and management would be needed. According to related problems occurred in practice, the improved proposals were put forward.
