提出了高炉铁水双辊连铸薄带+高温气固反应脱碳生产钢带的全新工艺流程。试验以Ar-H2-H2O为脱碳气氛,在可控气氛管式炉内对Fe-C合金薄带进行脱碳。通过正交试验方法,研究了不同水浴温度(40~60℃)、脱碳时间(5~50 min)和脱碳温度(920~1140℃)对脱碳效果的影响。研究结果表明,升高脱碳温度、水浴温度和延长脱碳时间均有利于合金薄带的脱碳,其中脱碳温度的影响最为显著,其次为脱碳时间,水浴温度对脱碳效果的影响最小。碳质量分数为4.05%,厚度分别为2.0、1.0、0.5 mm的薄带,在水浴温度为60℃时,1140℃下固态脱碳25 min,薄带平均碳质量分数分别降至1.12%、0.41%和0.017%,证明了碳铁碳合金在可控气氛下通过气固反应脱碳生产中低碳钢带技术上可行。

The current study proposed a novel short process for carbon steel strip production,twin-roll iron strip cast-ing and high temperature gas-solid decarburization. The Fe-C alloy ribbons was decarburized by introducing the oxidiz-ing gas of Ar-H2-H2O into the horizontal tube furnace with controlled atmosphere for producing low carbon steel ribbons. By the orthogonal design and analysis experimental methods,the water temperature (40-60 ℃),the decarbonization time (5-50 min) and the decarbonization temperature (920-1 140℃) were studied. The results show that it is beneficial for the decarbonization with higher decarbonization temperature,higher water temperature and longer decarbonization time. But the most significant factor is the decarbonization temperature,followed by the decarbonization time and the water temperature has little influence. When the decarbonization time is 25 min,the average mass percent of carbon of ribbons (thickness:2.0,1.0,0.5 mm) with 4.05%C can be decreased to 1.12%,0.41%and 0.017%under the condition of decarbonization temperature with 1 140℃and water temperature with 60℃. Based on these results,it is confirmed that it is feasible that Fe-C alloy ribbon is decarburized by gas-solid reaction for producing medium and low carbon steel ribbon in controlled atmosphere.
