高炉炼铁作为当代主要的炼铁工艺,其能耗在钢铁生产中占较大比例,必须以降低炼铁能耗作为中国钢铁工业系统节能的重点.高炉炉顶压力能约占高炉二次能源产生量的7%,若扣除高炉煤气化学能,则约占高炉余热余能产生量的33%,可见回收高炉炉顶余压能,对降低高炉炼铁工序能耗具有重要意义.因此,着重介绍了高炉TRT技术的发展历程,并对中国TRT技术应用过程中存在的问题进行了总结.最后,从能源利用的角度,提出T RT技术今后应重视大型高炉配备干式TRT技术、TRT与高炉操作协同优化和提高TRT作业率等方面的研究,以进一步提高TRT技术的节能效果.

As the main ironmaking process,blast furnace accounts for a large proportion of energy consumption in steel production. So,the energy system conservation in Chinese steel industry must be focused on reducing the energy consump-tion of ironmaking process. The top gas pressure energy of blast furnace accounts for 7% of secondary energy generated in ironmaking process,if the gas chemical energy would not be included,it accounts for about 33% of blast furnace waste heat. Thus,it is important to recover blast furnace top gas pressure energy for reducing the energy consumption of blast furnace. Therefore,the development process of TRT technology was introduced,and the problems of its application were also summarized in this paper. Finally,from the perspective of energy use,large blast furnace equipped with dry dust col-lector,coordination and optimization of TRT and blast furnace operation and improving the operating rate of TRT should be paid more attention,in order to improve the energy saving effect.
