针对某冷轧厂无取向硅钢生产中出现的纵向厚度不符、带钢全长纵向厚度高精度命中率偏低的问题,对该厂带钢纵向厚度控制的主要环节进行分析.通过工业过程数据分析和理论计算,研究了测厚仪设定参数和冷轧工艺参数对无取向硅钢纵向厚度精度的影响,并优化相关参数,最终提出提升冷轧无取向硅钢纵向厚度精度的技术方案.该技术方案应用于现场生产后,消除了生产初期批量出现的硅钢厚度不符的现象,无取向硅钢全长纵向厚度偏差5μm以内的比例由方案应用前的85%上升到98%,3μm以内的比例达到90%.

With the tracking on the longitudinal thickness precision of the cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel taken on, some problems such as incorrect thickness,low thickness hit rate of high precision band all over the length were found. To solve the problem,the main thickness control actuators of the plant were investigated. By analysis on the industrial process data and theoretical calculation,the influences of the X-ray gauge meter setting up parameters and cold rolling processes on the longitudinal thickness precision for cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel were obtained. Consequently, with related parameters optimized,a set of technology schedule for non-oriented silicon steel longitudinal thickness preci-sion improvement was proposed. With the technology schedule applied to the industrial production,the incorrect thick-ness of the non-oriented silicon steel was eliminated,and the hit rate of high precision band for non-oriented silicon steel longitudinal thickness has been improved a lot. The hit rate within 5 μm rose from 85%to 98%. The hit rate within 3 μm came up to 90%.
