冶金固废资源化利用是21世纪钢铁行业面临的重大课题,脱除冶金固废中有害元素并回收有益元素成为了其中的关键技术。提出了一种全新的冶金固废提铁脱锌技术,将冶金尘泥制成双层结构的复合球团,并进行了复合球团自还原微爆裂试验研究和工业应用试验。结果表明,将复合球团加入到铁水罐中,取得了良好的还原效果,利用铁水罐余热和铁水的热能预热复合球,致使复合球团产生自还原并发生微爆裂反应,从而为还原反应提供更多的反应界面、更佳的动力学和热力学条件,实现了含铁、锌尘泥的高效综合利用。

The utilization of metallurgical solid wastes is a major task for the steel industry in the 21st century,the re-moval of harmful elements from metallurgical solid waste and the recovery of helpful elements are the key technologies. In this experiment,a new technique of deoxidation of zinc from metallurgical wastes was proposed,the metallurgical dusts were made into composite pellets with double-layer structure,self-reductive micro-cracking test and industrial ap-plication tests were carried out. The results showed that the composite ball was added into the torpedo tank,and the re-duction effect was achieved. The composite ball was self-reduced and micro-cracked by the waste heat of hot metal ladle and molten iron heat,which provided the dynamic conditions for the reduction reaction,and realized the high efficiency comprehensive utilization of the iron and zinc dust.
