为了进一步提高布料模型的实用性,针对高炉布料数值模拟的现状,将高炉布料理论和人工智能算法相结合,解决了以往布料模型存在的缺陷和难点,建立了全炉料层分布数值模拟模型,并对模型计算结果和模拟效果进行了对比讨论.从模拟结果来看,新建立的模型能够对高炉复杂布料过程的料层分布数值模拟,适应性强,与传统模型相比,模拟效果更贴近实际.

In order to further improve the practicability of BF burden distribution numerical model. Based on the present status of BF burden distribution numerical simulation, burden distribution theory and artificial intelligence algorithms are both applied to establish the whole throat burden layer numerical simulation model,which solves the defects and dif-ficulties of previous models. Besides,model calculations and simulation effects are compared and discussed in this pa-per. The simulation results show that,continuous and complex burden distribution process can be well simulated by the newly created model,and good adaptability is represented. Compared with the previous models,the simulation effects are closer to the reality.
